This is probably the book I've been thinking about most often this year after reading it. Schweblins eerie and perfectly crafted stories crept under my skin, ithced and stung me - and they still do.
Stories again, again magnificent. Moore writes with such virtuoso and wit and psychological insight that I want to keep reading her forever. She makes her characters feel like I'm sitting at the table with them myself.

I'm a sucker for novels with alternating perspectives. And hiking. And good writing about complex mother-daughter (or family in general, for that matter) relationships. This one has it all.
